Frankly, this is the worst customer service reply I have ever received.
I sent you a link to one of your products asking if VAT was included in the price and Gary Bailey sent me a pathetic reply which made no sense. As there is no working phone number I will not be buying this product from you. Therefore you have forfeited a sale of £139 and a great deal of good will.
