I ordered an Xbox One with two games for £279 on Thursday 26/11/2015 and received an email confirming my order. On Tuesday 01/12/2015 I tried to access my account but it had been closed. You cannot contact Zavvi unless you have an account.....so I recreated it and messaged Zavvi (they have no email address or phone number to contact 'customer services'). On Wednesday 02/12/2015 somebody called Adam messaged me and told me "unfortunately the order that you have made have ben cancelled.". There was no explanation as to why the order had been cancelled....when I went back into my Zavvi account the call had been closed, so I could not reply. The Xbox One was a Christmas present and to get no notification that my order had been cancelled was totally unprofessional. Game had the same offer for £10 more, I wish I had spent the extra £10 and used Game. The Black Friday deals is now not available at Game and this will cost me about £50 to get the same offer now!!  I had ordered a game from Zavvi a year ago and it took 2 month to turn up!! I should have known not to use Zavvi. I won't use Zavvi again and if I was you I would think long and hard about using Zavvi, if anything goes wrong there is no way of contacting Zavvi.
