Ive had almost the exact same experience as the the below review someone else posted a month ago (copied and pasted at bottom). Only difference was it was a different product. They said 3-5 days refund. Then asked for PayPal and it'll take 2 weeks. Money never arrives and then they fob you off with generic customer service agents again.
