A summary of my experience with this dreadful company - I was very patient and professional in my communications (which I have kept a record of - will happily forward this on if required): - Ordered a PS4 bundled with FIFA 15 and Uncharted collection on black Friday. Immediately cancelled when I saw the same deal with Until Dawn Extended for an additional £20 which I ordered instead. - Zavvi requested proof of address which was provided a couple of days later. - No progress was made with the order and having chased it up was told (direct quotes): "Sony Playstation 4...is on special order for you with out supplier", "Once your order has been sent you will receive an e-mail to tell you it is on its way". - A month later, still absolutely nothing. Chased it up again and got a message saying that my order had been cancelled (with no explanation why might I add). I enquired as to why this was and got a reply saying that it was because I had not provided proof of address (just unbelievable - clearly the customer service team don't put any effort into reading previous correspondence. A lot of their messages seem to be cut and paste responses also and specific questions are often avoided entirely). - At this point I was becoming a little fed up and sent a message requesting the order to be reinstated with proof attached that I had previously sent the information requested as well as reattaching proof of address. I was told that there was nothing that they could do about the order. In conclusion - I got messed about for over a month, wasted a great deal of my time sending messages and basically lost over £100 as I will now have to pay full price when I could have taken advantage of similar black Friday offers from other retailers. This is getting a little long so just a couple more issues in brief: - Absolutely no way to contact anyone via telephone/email (including the Hut Group generally) so the only individuals that are contactable are the apparently rather nonchalant customer service team. - Very buggy online messaging system - including issues such as submitting a message only to have the webpage loop to somewhere else entirely, having deleted everything you have written (as well as not submitting it). INCREDIBLY frustrating. As someone who buys a lot of tech/gadgets etc, I have entirely lost faith in the Zavvi brand before even receiving a single item from them. I have requested my account be cancelled (still no reply to this from Zavvi) and will certainly be sticking to Amazon and Ebay in future. NB: I have also submitted this same review to Trustpilot
