I don't usually bother leaving reviews but feel the need to warn others.
Ordered on 1st/12 it is now the 18/12 and my items have still not been dispatched. Obviously these are christmas gifts. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! I've had 2 emails saying my orders been delayed and their team are working on it as a matter of urgency'. I find the generic responses infuriating!
