Ordered an XBox One S 1tb with FIFA 17, only received the console and after several robotic e-mails not addressing the issue I had to request a return. If you were able to have a decent e-mail conversation with someone who had half a brain then this issue could have been resolved easily, however this is simply not possible. I am awaiting a 2nd requested collection....they didn't turn up for the first. This is my first and last purchase from Zavvi their customer after sales service is appalling.
