I placed a pre-order which was released in 31-Dec-2024 and never received it. I sent them numerous emails and only received pointless generic emails saying that they were looking into it. As a pre-order it should purchase should have secured the stock and should at best been sent out prior on day of release. No I’m having to wait for a refund because they unable to give me a date when the item will be shipped. Do yourselves a favour avoid using Zaavi. It will leave you feeling disappointed!
