i purchased a viglen tablet which after a few days became faulty i returned the tablet on the 16th January and had acknowledgement that Zavvi had recieved it, from then on apart from me contacting Zavvi i would have had no responses i have after 47 emails mostly through twitter recieved no fewer that five emails to say the product has been cancelled and the refund with be in 3-5 working days this is now some six weeks later and still no refund only promises and emails stating sorry and thank you for your patience wouldn't it be nice if some one actually dealt with the situation rather than email a standard corporate reply.
