i returned a faulty tablet in January i have been promised a refund no fewer that seven times but it never happens i email receive email back to say sorry and we understand your frustration and again an email stating within 3-5 days it will be refunded, i now have over 100 emails between twitter direct zavvi and i have written two letters one recorded delivery and recieved no reply and still no refund, what do you have to do to get your company to do a refund or do you just not do them hoping the buyers gives up as i am sure many do. regards frank willetts
