everything that could go wrong did go wrong and the help is terrible , I feel so ripped off (like hundreds off customers in Holland with me (read every review site) .
I bought something with DUTCH subtitles and out off nowhere it does not have subtitles and the website is changed.
I want my money back, but as a lot off people are writing................. Zavvi doesn't give money back because you can not get in touch with them (only a vage customerservice yeah right).
