absolute joke..
Bought a frying pan that was damaged and wanted to send back for a replacement..was sent generic email telling me another one would follow with return form and ref number..
this was not sent but was told that it was....blatant LIES..
Customer service is a joke..
this whole process has taken 2 weeks and I still have the rubbish pan and can only now send back the pan...
If you have any issues with your order, be warned...
