My last email to Zavvi. Used to like you but your reluctance to accept you guys made a mistake is horrendous. No only am I cancelling my account but going to make sure I put a few reviews of my experience out there. I have spent hundreds of pounds with you guys and you make me do hours of paperwork for a lost £7 t shirt. It’s a disgrace you are cynically contriving the replacement Service to be as complicated and tedious so people don’t bother or give up. Shame on you Zavvi.
