After my account was hacked they immediately tried to blame everything on me rather than attempt to stop the fraudulent purchases which were still going on; they eventually closed off my account and told me their security department would be in touch.
They never were, and it turns out they'd permanently closed my account, meaning I couldn't even gather any information about the person who'd hacked my account.
It's tough to say who were more rude and useless when I reported the issue out of Zavvi and the Police.
