The worst customer service I have experienced.
Ordered items for secret santa at work and gave more than two weeks for delivery. At this point they still havent been dispatched!
Tried to call them but no one answers, emailed them to ask what the delay was and they replied saying "There has been a delay"... Top notch work Zavvi! You absolutely useless!
