They use Hermes for delivery, well, I say delivery, but there has been no delivery as I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks now. Apparently it's 'too big' according to Hermes, who have said (over 10 days ago) that they would have to arrange a special courier within 48 hours. IT'S A XMAS JUMPER!!! Zavvi's generic response is to pass it on the relevant department who will be in contact once they get a response....and then never follow up. Terrible.
