Terrible company. First of all, they are lying about being an UK company. They are sending from Guernsey, leaving you with a large customs bill if you choose to accept your goods.
I didn't and returned it. Now over 6 weeks later they still refuse to give me a refund even though I have uploaded proof of refusal twice to their internal complaints system.
