2 Orders for multiroom speackers both were marked available
1 Order - comes late (got lost) was clearly already opened and some funktions (bluetooth) where broken returning would cost 60 euro that they dont pay you (big expensive speackers)
2 Order - after 6 weeks and 4 emails where they stated that the order is on its way it was suddenly cancelled
support is copy and paste it seems no truth and no discounts for broken goods (have it as email)
