I ordered a Funko Pop figure in March with a quoted May delivery. The first time I enquired, I received a generic 'unprecedented level of orders, blah blah, blah' reply. The next time, I was told that it was 'in the despatch process'. A month later, when it still hadn't arrived, I was told that the release date had been put back to the end of August, which makes it hard to see how it could be in the despatch process. Why couldn't they be open about this before, instead of telling me things which clearly aren't true?
