I ordered a product on Sunday, but for very genuine reason, I had to cancel it. Despite contacting customer service on Sunday evening, and again on Monday, they told me the order could not be cancelled (even though it had not been shipped).
On Tuesday I received notification of shipment.
What a total waste of time for all parties!
The inability to cancel an order before it's shipped is ridiculous!
Never had a problem with Amazon!
I won't be going back to Zavvi any time soon.
