SBP2k-Buyer beware-warranty process dragged out. Zendure sent return labels for FedEx and UPS who will not ship used Li-ion batteries. Then inform me they have no equipment to replace it with and offer a ridiculous discounted refund. I also dealt with Caroline like another reviewer. Awful experience so far.
