I ordered this skort as well as a sleeveless top and quarteer zip cover up. I love the color and the style. When I tried on the skort I found it to be just a tiny bit too small. The instructions when I was ordering the items was that the item ran large and you should order one size down, so I did but decided that it just fit a little to close. Today I called customer services and explained. The representative immediately sent me a return QR code, and reordered me a medium to be shipped out immediately. He made it really easy to make the exchange, texting a return qr code. I appreciate the ease in ordering the products and the true customer service when I needed the exchange. Thanks!
