I received the jacket, the bag was hard to open so I cut it with scissors which cut the jacket. I was offered a second jacket at 40% off ( while I realized it was my fault I asked to pay cost since I've owned zero products for over 25 years...oh well). Be careful of cutting the packaging. By the way the quality does seem less than the previous zero jacket.
