my feedback is not about the software and using it , because I am new ..but it is about my experience with the Zik team..I had some questions I looked everywhere and i was not hopeful for any answers, finally, i decided to give it a shot and drop a msg on Zik and ask my question, and boom! within maybe 5 min (which is understandable ) i got the answer from Haris which was really professional and perfect and to the point ..i also asked several other questions and he replied very well...It was my first time sending msg to Zik ...Thank you for caring about your users and for not using a robot.
