I paid for early delivery, received the product within the regular expected delivery time. First time my husband used it, it made the pain MUCH WORSE and had to try to wash it off while not hurting him more! Tried to contact company and the email came back undeliverable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ask your pharmacist, we used lidocaine and he had much better pain relief! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!
