“putting the price up on free delivery and not tell people and then stopping the free returns yet again not telling people again what a joke will be letting everyone i know not to use this service”

We've made a few changes to our policies to ensure that our customer driven goals are met. In future we will try our best to better display all updates and bits of information that customers may want to know.
