“I will no longer buy from you as returns are no longer free. So this puts me off ordering as I like to order 2 different sizes and try on and send back one. There are also lots of things I would like to try on before buying. This has also put off the people I had recommended this site to.”

“Purchased items for myself and for 2 daughters most items were two big and the rest were not very good i paid 3.95 for delivery and to return i had to pay 13 pounds all because i have not got a printer to print labels so will not be purchasing any thing else”

“I've found lots of lovely clothes and especially the jeans I've brought. So far I've not had a bad thing from you . Only problem I had was I had a pair of pumps which are alot to big. Maybe my fault with the sizing. That's the only disappointment I've had though. Love your website, keep updating the clearance 😍”
