“My original review was for 2 starts after items were missed off the order. Whisky Kingdom wanted to put things right and reached out to give them the opportunity to do so. Not only did they send the missing items out, but also included a little something extra as a ‘sorry for getting this wrong’. Whisky Kingdom cane through and put things right, apologised for getting the order wrong and said they would make changes to the dispatch process so that this wouldn’t happen again to myself or another customer. I might have been let down on the original order, but their customer service was amazing and did everything they could to ensure I ended up another happy customer.”
