“As usual delivery to Northern Ireland causes extra charges and I would like to know what the problem is ???”

Dear Angela as explained on the email sent to you, you placed a order for a Laphroaig 10 Year Old - 5cl Miniature (£4.89) and in the delivery details you selected UK Mainland when in fact your address is in Northern Ireland, we sent you a email kindly offering to still send your order with no further charges (although delivery to Northern Ireland costs more) but needed you to confirm that you are aware that there may be further customs and clearance charges applied to your order due to Brexit and totally out of control, you chose to cancel the order and we promptly cancelled and fully refunded your order, customer satisfaction is our only priority and we will always go the extra mile to give the best online shopping experience no matter the size of the order, in this case the reason for your disappointment is out of our hands, id also rate Brexit 1 star ;-) if there's anything else we can do for for you kindly reach out to info@whiskykingdom.com and we will do our best to help you Joe Whisky Kingdom Team

“Paid for gift wrapping which was appalling. If you advertise and charge for this facility you need to deliver a viable product. Also, have a word with your courier. They put a card through the door when I was in the house and dropped of my parcel at a local store. Obviously easier for them.”

Hi Steve Thank you for your honest review We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. As customer satisfaction is our only priority and were doing the best we can at our side to make sure every customer small or big receives a 5 star experience that would make them return, with the gift wrapping unfortunately it’s not always possible to achieve perfection and still retain the safety of the bottle during transit, I have instructed our logistics manager to look into this issue to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future again, We have also logged a complaint with our shipping partners to address the issue of lack of patience while delivering although this is out of our control. we have offered you compensation for both the gift wrap and shipping charges with no reply from yourself Looking forward to serve you again soon Do not hesitate to contact us with any further queries
