“Was done over the phone with help threw my mum and the operator ur end..he was very polite.but repeated his conversation over and over took 30mins”

“Online quote and what I got over the phone was completely different, got charged an extra £50 a month, also didn't get my 1 NCD added on as apparently it makes no difference. £2500 insurance plus £3000 excess, must think I live in Monaco.”

“Changed my price in last minute to higher because my first insurance was cancelled ( first central ) because of miss understanding and my second insurance (Admiral) didint mention anything about that so from my opinion they just decided to make money on my onset answers.”
