“I really can't understand some of the bad ratings, my experience with the IB customer service has always been positive. For example, today I had an issue with opening a new, secondary account, I opened the wrong account. After creating the ticket it took less than an hour until the customer service person replied and solved the problem. This is really state of the art customer service. Overall, imo this is the best broker you can find in Europe, where you get margin accounts and can trade not only stocks but also options, futures, etc.”
