“I had a follow up call which was promised to tell me that my problem was still being monitored and up to now have had no further downtime on my system. Could you get Lyn to phone me every week and change the narrative info to Lyn's sexy voice oh and change the on hold music to either Barry White or Marvin Gaye ........... thanxxx”

“Cancelled due to very poor service, and wasn't able to get over 7mb. This wasn't their fault and offered free cancellation of their service with no additional fees, due to them not being able to provide a service efficient enough to us. This is when the issues started. They advised they would refund us for the 2 months where we had no service and paid, we are yet to receive this refund and we are also being hounded by a collection agency called Quick Collect with threatening texts and emails for the cost of the remaining contract. After around 5- 6 calls to 6G about this, and being told the same thing over and over again (to ignore quick collect and we will receive the payment within 30 days), we are now at 60 days, with no refund and still getting threatening messages from Quick Collect and still the same response from 6G. I would be very cautious with this company, they do have very polite staff on the phone, but awful systems in place, when you get to the position I am in, which is very frustrating.”

“Over the last year, I must have contacted 6ginternet over 10 times! this is unacceptable! Again, I have no internet. I'm connected to my phone hotspot!!! I cannot even translate my frustration! Additionally, your website and your statements to customers are pure lies! You're never on 'my side' and you have locked me in a 2-year contract, yet you do not provide the service!!!!!!!! I want to get out of the contract at no additional fee. If anything you should be paying us for wasted time, and wasted hours of work that has been lost due to poor connection. I have never experienced so many connection losses with anyone else. When it works, it works as promised, unfortunately, that is not often.”

“Two engineers arrived on time. Called in advance. Were polite and helpful. Answered all my queries, tested the speed, helped me find an app for future testing. They worked hard and efficiently, tidied up afterwards. Went on the roof on a miserable day. A job well done. Thank you!”
