Fantastic service, professional installer/engineers. Very helpful Customer Services and Technical Support. Not sure how many of these reviews are genuine, know there are a number of people reviewing negatively as they are not happy with the posts and masts. That is not a reflection on the service. A+ service received.

Not a very good start for me but all good now thanks to Shannon on customer service and jordon the engineer they went above and beyond to get me on line. They have been truly amazing. Ps sorry Shannon for the way I was with you on the phone. It was all getting a bit to much for me. But I appreciate all that you both have done for me and my husband. Thankyou x

the installation crew was very good and helpful when they installed my 6g and 4 months later i have not phone line, but the internet is running ok but the customer service is not very good which need improving
