“Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a supar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy.I sort online and found the best monitoring app when I found Scott . “Ordered their cloning service last night, service gotten the very next day! I am impressed! I know I'm local but wasn't expecting service to be that quick - Great customer service. cloning service purchased is lovely and undetectable . I am a mom and these days this can be an important responsibility. The good part is that now you can use software to check on your child just to be sure he is ok. “Hello everyone here , there was a time this used to be a great app. Lately, family members can no longer connect and the locations are all over the place. Accuracy is usually no better than within a kilometre. Or map shows I'm at work, but app says I'm near an address blocks away! You'd think I was spending my nights at someone's house instead of at work! My daughter is in school, but the app suddenly shows her kilometres away and moving, then suddenly back at school. If you want family members to wonder if you're cheating on them or skipping school, then this is the app for you! “Could not get it to work and couldn't spend any more time on it so I asked for my $398 (2 lines) back. I asked a month ago and multiple times since. They keep sending automated messages saying they are working on my request. Finally, after I gave them a bad review, they offered to give me only 1/2 my money back! Only half for something that did not work at all for me. I said that was not satisfactory, so I am back to getting automated messages. I advise never to use this app instead use the service of HACKERSPYVILLE FULL PHONECLONING and have access to the target phone with just the telephone number and without you touching the target phone.”
