I have been a Gap shopper for over 40 years. While the quality of Gap clothing is what has kept me a fan favorite , I must say the customer service has declined in a major way .
In the past , always had super friendly service willing to jump through hoops.
Lately exact opposite . Not sure what country is now taking calls , hope ut was worth whatever they are saving but this could loose loyal customers .

The orders for more hundreds euros don't arrive regularly or are cancelled due to "system problems".
The customer service in EU is terrible, you can call them only in US time!
Ridiculous and disappointing.
