Pre ordered multiple items from them, 5 month waiting period, now another 7 week delay on an item, lied to constantly by customer service and senior team management, still no delivery, possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the uk, avoid like the plague!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews. Terrible customer service in giving updates, just keep blaming the warehouse. 3 weeks later cancelled ordered, yet numerous emails sent before that and promised shipping for the EtA days. Avoid if you want your items

Have emailed the customer service address that is on all your web site about six times for help with a returns.Either you don't get back or it's saying it is unmonitored and to ring instead which will cost me.

I placed orders and after a long wait and received some items but not others. I am out of pocket and am trying to get some refund through paypal dispute resolution. The customer care tel number is a joke and just goes through to some message service declining to take messages or enquiries. I doubt I will ever get my stuff or refund and am very unhappy with this dodgey outfit! I placed my order 3 months ago!

Worst company ever. Zero customer service, don't replay to emails or phone calls. Ordered a football jersey in October, still no sign of it in February and can't get in touch with anyone to get a refund

Ordered a top in November has never arrived it is impossible to get through to them there is no email to customer service just get an automated answer do not order form these Wish I could give a no star review

I am at fault ordered the wrong size shirt for my grandson looked at order via email immediately realised mistake. I have emailed cust services numerous times spoke to agents via phone Maxine was outstanding previous girl unfortunately no name was abysmal. Promised an email still not received very sad such a bad service.
