Made 3 orders before Xmas, 2 turned up quickly, the 3rd order never arrived and multiple emails sent to the company and no reply. Very disappointing customer service. Still trying to contact them..

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered before xmas for stocking fillers. My order never arrived but some random box of other stuff did. Contacted them. They wanted proof - sent photos. Been promised a refund but it's not arrived. VERY slow customer service response.

I tried customer service line at least 20 times, you cant get through it's an automated response, and sent several emails with no response, completed 3 times form on site and again no response.

Ordered GBP 500 worth of gifts the beginning of December for Christmas. They still haven’t arrived despite an order dispatch estimation of a week. No response from customer service. What a joke. Won’t use them again. Shame really as the had some good items on sale.

Order personalised gift that was dispatched 4th December. Called on 16th to say not hear, told it takes 10 days from dispatch...still not here by 23rd. Called, told 'Yes, let's assume that is list in transit. I'll refund you.' Absolute rubbish service and now minus a present 2 days before Christmas.

What went wrong? Two items haven’t arrived after three weeks and customer service is just sending useless emails with misinformation for tracking on. If I hadn’t been keeping an eye on this I think I would have paid for items I may never receive. Be very careful with this company.

I asked them to send the message to my address but they said NO stating it was a free service anyway.
