Ordered 4 tyres arrived new and labelled as described.Tracked progress.
My only negative comment is that an 8 day delivery took 4 weeks from Germany.
I do know that with Brexit customs clearance takes a long time.I dont believe this is fault of mytres
I think Mytyres need to advise this at placing of order.So if your tyres are coming from Europe be prepared to wait.

I’ve read the reviews - some good, some bad....I’m very happy with them, as I’ve saved 4 x £40 on 4 Michelin XWX’s. Where they let themselves down slightly is that their communications and updates are lacking....we become used to the Amazon/eBay service where we are constantly messaged on progress of sale and delivery times. However, given their excellent prices, I’m more than prepared to forgive them.
