Visited the Nottingham City Centre store on Monday 11/08/2025 to order new work safety glasses using my personal lens prescription. Had the pleasure of being served by Caroline who remembered me from when I collected my personal glasses. She was absolutely charming and made both me and my wife feel as though we were the only people in the store. Amazing customer service and professionalism, five stars.

I first bought my glasses from SelectSpecs in 2009 and have place an order with them every year since then. I find their service efficient, prices reasonable and quality of frames and glasses very good. On the odd occasion something wasn't right, they have been quick to rectify the issue.
