If zero stars was available it would be too high of a rating. The website clearly states delivery in 2 working days if ordered before 5, I've had to pay delivery fees for a £180 spend and it's taken over a week, 6 working days to come, meaning it came after my trip. I emailed multiple times only to receive a careless response, stating it was 'on it's way'. Then having come too late and damaged they expect me to pay to return the items. Absolutely insulting customer service, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Unfortunately will not be using this website again. Will happily offer free exchanges (and I thought refunds) but unfortunately not. Was then forced to pay £9 to return shoes that didn’t fit, after paying £10 for delivery. Meaning its cost me an obscene amount that I can’t really afford, (just wanted some new work shoes). Wouldn’t let me send all returns in one parcel even though they all fit. Very disappointed in that service.

When I contacted customer service about the discrepancy, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, hiding behind their Terms & Conditions about "monitor variations.

Terrible service. Their "experts" said a pair of scarpa trainers fit a half size larger. They didn't they were standard sizing and if anything actually smaller and tighter than any normal shoe. Returns aren't free even in this case where their advice led to me getting a pair of ill fitting hiking trainers. Won't shop with them again for as much as a pair of socks.

Paid nearly £10 for nominated day deliver (Saturday). Tracking says arriving between the Saturday or Sunday. BEWARE!!!. Called their customer service line and was told one moment please. Lots of background noise. The guy basically never came back to the phone and all included hear was what sounded like 3 or 4 different customer service calls being handled. Awful. Avoid!

Ordered runners on Tuesday with €15.00 extra paid for express delivery 2/3 days . Instead got note from sportshoes that will take 6 days so following Monday. Misleading information and taking extra money for service can't provide... order #18219301 , I want my money back ASAP

Terrible company, sent me out the wrong size shoes, return was agreed (with a different colour that wasn't as good) and they sent back the exact same wrong size shoes again. Got onto them and not even the hint of an apology, just send them back again. You would get better service from the average government department - absolutely flabbergasted that there wasn't even an apology for their errors.
