On receipt of my phone, they 'so called examined it' and said it was not working properly, that it was not in good condition, that it wasn't the model they'd thought, despite me sending all the correct model number and ime number etc, guess what they offered???? £0, nothing! Dreadful service! My phone is in perfect working order, good condition, what a scam! ”

“ If phone has the slightest mark, that may not even be visible to you they will take £100+ of the value of phone. Customer service take ages to get back to you. And you’re constantly talking to different people on the chat. Would not use again, you think the value is good however in reality I would have got far more money if I sold elsewhere with the quote that they returned. Never again. ”
