They offered me £577 for my phone ,which was the highest of all the other sites on the comparison site,so I sent off for a postage label, after sending my phone off ,I checked reviews on this site,which I was expecting the worse after reading bad review after bad reviews, but they checked my phone and it passed all their checks and the sent she £577 the next day ,was very pleased with the service,despite all the bad reviews, I have had no issues using them.
