Absolutely rubbish. Sent my phone in good faith, a phone that was in good order, working, no damage on screen, in pretty good condition. Original offer £99. On receipt of my phone, they 'so called examined it' and said it was not working properly, that it was not in good condition, that it wasn't the model they'd thought, despite me sending all the correct model number and ime number etc, guess what they offered???? £0, nothing! Dreadful service! My phone is in perfect working order, good condition, what a scam!

If phone has the slightest mark, that may not even be visible to you they will take £100+ of the value of phone. Customer service take ages to get back to you. And you’re constantly talking to different people on the chat. Would not use again, you think the value is good however in reality I would have got far more money if I sold elsewhere with the quote that they returned. Never again.

Absolute RIPP OFF Absolute RIPP OFF. AVOID at all costs. The phone I sent was flawless, sadly I was duped into clicking accept button without realising that they had reduced the price by over 100 pounds. Despite making a mistake and emailing immediately to cancel they ignored my request. THEY ALSO IGNORED THE ONLINE CHAT!! Very poor customer service. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Don’t trust the price they will give, they will find anything to lower the value. My phone had honestly fair wear and tear but they said it was average to poor knocking £150 off the total offered. When I refused the offer they wanted over £10 to return the phone to me. The customer service is poor and slow, the excuses are poor and ride.

Offered £295 for an iPhone 13 It's been in a case all its life with a screen cover it's better looked after than the kids! After their inspection they offered me wait for it £80! Eighty whole pounds! After I declined the offer they added a whole £5 to sweeten the pot and bring me back around . Now it gets interesting They will send it back but you need to pay for it. £12.00 or £14.85 The £12 option covers you for £150 so you need to take the £14.85 option for £750 insurance cover. But they collect via DPD you pay for a courier and they use Royal Mail . They them tell you 3-5 delivery back The postage is in their favour! They keep the difference. The customer Service rep was really awful and it was a throughly unpleasant experience dealing with them awful company beware just sell them private cash in hand right away!

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. I wish I read the reviews before I put my phone forward. I sent an IPhone 14 Pro Max with an offer of £600. The return ‘expert’ opinion was £210! The phone had one small hair line scratch on the screen and said it was chipped. They now want me to pay £10.75 to return my phone back. Don’t know what postal service they use, but that’s absolutely outrageous! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I contacted Webuyanyphone to sell my old iPhone 13 I was quoted a price of £270-00 & chose the postal service, the phone was in perfect condition & had just been fully inspected & checked by the network EE & I decided to sell it to others, when originally I purchased the iPhone it was immediately put in a full leather case & also a gorilla glass screen protector, these were only removed when I sent the phone by post to Webuyanyphone.

I have never had an iPhone 12 let alone a PURPLE PHONE! When I contacted customer service I was told that I had to contact previous service provider for the IMEI number… which they couldn’t give me.

Very disappointed with this service My phone was in very good condition, Always kept in a case with a screen protector on and yet as soon as they’ve got their mitts on it the screen is scratched and the back is showing signs of wear, I smell B*** S***!!! Now I could have turned down their poxy second offer but what use is a scratched phone to me? I wouldn’t be able to sell it elsewhere so chose reluctantly to except their poxy offer as my phone was just sitting in a cupboard and I guess £65 is better than nothing.
