“Purchased a Darche 180 Gen 11 free standing unit 27 August 2025, cost $804 including delivery. Two weeks later I received an email advising no fittings for my order and it would be 3-4 weeks delay. I emailed A1 to advising to send the awning and follow up with fittings when restocked. I rang yesterday inquiring as to the whereabouts of my awning. A1 informed me warehouse issue and Jack would follow up and provide me tracking details. I rang Jack and he then advised my awning had been damaged by the forklift driver punching the tines through the awning. I said I did not believe the story as I suspected A1 did not have stock. I have asked for an immediate refund. I intend to report the matter to consumer affairs for assistance”
