“I have four cfd accounts all with different companies Accendo is the best by far:- 1. Personal service. 2. Precise information. 3. Timely reminders. Of-course the other firms provide the same but your staff does it better. Note still not making any money.”

“James Abbott has been my contact at Accendo since both my wife and I opened accounts in 2013. Being new to CFD trading I found both James and the information he provided me helpful and needed. Although I have not had a financially successful trading experience to date I out this down to my personal choices of stocks. I speak to James on a regular basis throughout the trading day and vent off my frustrations at the market as I have not been had a good run. He always listens, provides reassurance with his explanations of the way the market operates and always follows up on research to provide me as much information as possible in order to make decisions. I looked at several companies in London and have found that the only one that has actually met and exceeded my expectations is Accendo and this has been fully down to the relationship I have with James. “Excellent daily service has been provided by Samuel Springett since I began dealing with Accendo. He has always been informative and never ducks technical questions. He guides daily without being too pushy in his methods. A pleasure to work with. I find the trading platform to be crystal clear and easy to manoeuvre. The only thing I would like to see is a reduction in trading commissions.”

“I've been CFD trading for 6 months now and at first I was very sceptical but James Abbott, my analyst, guided me through the process and didn't pressure me to trade. I get regular and comprehensive information on a daily basis providing me with the tools critical to a quick decision making process where money can be made in minutes! I would recommend Accendo Markets to anybody who had an interest in trading and rate James Abbott as excellent!”

“Accendo Markets is my first foray into CFDs and active share dealing; I have had shares for a number of years but wanted to take them to a new level. The main reason that I rate the service as very good (excellent was not given as an option) is the attention and knowledge of my account manager/trader David Papier. He sends me information on current trades or markets that I am looking into; I understand that he can not give me advice on trades but this information saves me a great deal of time and effort. For me, the most important aspect of his service is that he treats me like a human being and appears to care about me as a person rather than just an account number and balance sheet. There are cheaper share dealing service on the net, but he certainly make any extra charges more than worth it. David is a fantastic asset for Accendo Markets.”

“I get numerous telephone calls from rival companies, but I am particularly happy with the quality of service I receive from Accendo. In particular my contact, Tom Robinson, has provided immeasurable guidance in my first year of trading. My ISAs and SIPP are actively invested via Hargreaves Lansdown, who have on occasion also offered me a CFD facility (including a more competitive rate of commission!), but my level of satisfaction with Accendo is such that I intend to remain loyal to them.”
