Been a member for a while . Ordered a couple things from the shop but one item was actually out of stock. Customer service emailed quickly and we were able to come up with a replacement item. Customer service was patient and attentive with the order.

I've bought a few different boxes and each one is amazing! They contain items you can't get anywhere else and are unique but still fall into the magical world of HP.
Also, if there's ever an issue, they are super quick to respond and fix the issue! Couldn't ask for better for customer service!
