“tbh I was in a panic when I realized I couldn’t access my account. After multiple attempts to log in, I decided to reach out to support. They replied pretty quickly, asking me to check the settings. I sent it over, and they responded We’ll get back to you shortly. A few hours later, I was still waiting, so I followed up, feeling a bit frustrated. Finally, they confirmed and reset my password. The relief was immense! However, I still felt it took longer than necessary to resolve a straightforward issue.
I also wish they had better instructions for account recovery.
