“I made an order of a bracelet and2 extra links, I got the bracelet alright BUT THERE WAS NO EXTRA LINKS THAT I PAID £7 FOR THEM. I EMAILED SAYING ABOUT THE MISSING LINKS TWICE, AND TRIED PHONING MANY TIMES BUT NO ANSWER. IT IS TO SMALL FOR ME!!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO KNOW??????”

“Bought two bracelets received both very quickly but unfortunately one without the extra links that was ordered and one without a clasp. Emailed and the error was put right immediately and both the missing links and a full replacement bracelet sent that day. They even included a pre paid envelope to return the one back to them without the clasp. Bracelets look lovely and without a doubt I would recommend this company and will be using again when needed.”
