“Greetings Dejan, Thank you for touching base about your publication Preparing for the ISO Certification Audit: A Plain English Guide. Your publication thoroughly met my expectations and educational objectives on preparing for ISO certification audit. In fact, I shared copious amounts of information from your publication with my ISO 9001 team, preparing team members for ISO certification within our organization. Although I had worked within multiple ISO certified organizations and felt comfortable with that knowledge, I had never taken part in implementation of ISO 9001 documentation. The “Mini Case Study” demonstrated application of certification in the face of nonconformities, addressing those issues. I liked how your guide defined different levels and types of audits companies can expect will take place. It was helpful to read about questions the certification auditor may ask and how company representative may converse with auditors, to gain a comfort level. This publication, combined with your Managing ISO Documentation: A Plain English Guide, exceedingly addressed my knowledge gaps, going beyond working within ISO certified organizations, such as medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, your recommendations of related Advisera articles along with several Advisera webinars pertinent to ISO 9001 certification amply equipped and empowered not only me but enabled me to extend that knowledge to my ISO 9001 team. We have reached the point in our ISO implementation whereby we invited our Advisera consultant, Mark Hammar, who will address our ISO 9001 team on 15 January 2025. We are confident that with Advisera’s incredible sources of documentation, education, information, and knowledge we will be well positioned to engage an ISO certifying body, culminating in ISO 9001:2015 certification. “Just reviewing the ISO27001 templates supplied to a customers for them to build their ISMS on. The Templates show a clear lack of understanding of ISO27001 and the templates will have to be trashed. Clear, who ever wrote the templates didn't actually "Read" the standard.”

“I used the Advisera ISO27001 toolkit a few years ago to build our ISMS. That toolkit was a great help. Now we need to comply with NIS2. The NIS2 toolkit has also some good material like the incident reporting which is very strict under NIS2. To document our NIS2 controls I used the Advisera "Comprehensive Guide to the NIS2 directive". In this document you have a very good table to check your existing controls and list the controls you are missing. A big thanks to the Advisera team who are always willing to help out if you have any questions.”

As it contains a rich portfolio of articles, check-lists and provides free webinars, I kept coming back more and more often. Since I was interested in sitting for exam, I enrolled for free video materials and could only confirm my first impressions.
