“Absolutely delighted with both the hard product and service offered by airfare. Apart from a glitch on my original delivery everything went smoothly. The guys delivering my unit were bang on time (impressive as they came from far away that necessitated a multi hour drive). Installation was luckily straightforward and completed in a couple of hours. The guys refused to leave until they were 100% satisfied that the air conditioning was working perfectly. This is one of the few companies that offer the heat pump style of air conditioning which is an all in one unit ( no unsightly outdoor boxes!) and it works perfectly with minimal noise. Both the product and company deserve a 5 starvrating”

However the service we have received from Aircare has been exceptional, all phone calls and emails answered sooner than expected and far sooner than the previous supplier offering the same goods, deliveries were on time and at a competitive price, we have only placed a couple of orders so far as Aircare are a new supplier to us, but we wouldnt hesitate to use them again! “Great product and easy purchase with a good price. However you need a better delivery service and tracking info. It wasn't clear that the item had shipped and it arrived on an unexpected date. There weren’t any email updates after my initial purchase confirmation and the ‘shop’ app is not helpful or well designed. It also wasn’t clear that it was kerbside drop off on a shipping pallet. The delivery driver was angry and rude as I live in central london and he hadn’t received any parking or drop off instructions. This will be a major problem for customers who would struggle to move the heavy item themselves from the kerbside.”
“I was a neurotic customer, I was spending what for me is a lot of money so I called and checked on every detail I could. Some information was held from me and that was making its self obvious by a lack of information about where my goods were. From what I now understand my item was being sent directly from the supplier. I have absolutely no problem with this but it obstructed your ability to provide me with tracking and some security that our transaction was moving forwards.
In the end, my item arrived in perfect condition, in the time promised and it is an amazing item. Both Aircare and their supplier did not expect it to arrive for another working day. I would've liked everybody to have more information about where this parcel was in the system considering its value. If it can be done for a £5 item surely its worth doing for a higher value item.
