Do not buy from this company. Faulty product delivered and awful customer service experience. They will not replace broken items and will be awkward and time consuming but do nothing. Now left with a useless product as well as hours of time wasted.

Absolute scam, bought an aircon 4 months ago and already broken, emailed about this and they’ve voided my warranty and they can’t even give a reason to why the aircon broke. Sent nobody out to have a look at it and to find out the cause of it breaking it was just a load of assumptions over email. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT FIX YOUR ITEM EVEN WITH A WARRANTY. AVOID! Terrible customer service wouldn’t even try and help just a straight up ‘we can’t help you’

Absolutely terrible after sales service!! I was emailed due to a recall of the dehumidifier I purchased. I was given 2 options - to have a 'partial' refund (40%) or a replacement (in 2 months time). Neither option seemed fair to me but all my responses were 'which option would you like?'. I think this is totally unfair that I would not get a full refund to purchase another dehumidifier especially when the replacement was going to take 2 months to be sent to me!! All I wanted was a refund in full for a dehumidifier model that has apparently been catching fire. This is not good enough and I will be going to Trading Standards to report this company. I also was not informed I have to package the item accordingly with a label I have to print off and attach to the box. I do not have a box big enough to securely pack it and I do not have a printer. I have been informed the return could be refused. Very disappointed in the inconsiderate after sales care of this company who seem to have such good reviews overall. After 18 emails and some (other reviewers say premium rate) phone calls, Aircon-Direct did not managed to fulfil my order for an Argo air conditioner. The first delivery was damaged and short of 4 or 5 accessories, including the remote control, although the packaging had no visible damage. After they took the package back, I heard nothing from them about a refund, so I contacted Amazon Pay and got a refund thro' them. They've wasted hours of my time and vastly reduced my confidence in internet buying. Trustpilot wouldn't publish my review of Aircon-Direct. DH 22Oct22

Very disappointed, called, ask question and they put phone down so you have to call again. Waiting time extend and charge you a lot as is 087 number. Getting richer by putting phone down! Luckily I did not ordered.

Terrible. Appliance faulty on arrival, they refuse to replace until they have had a look at faulty item. They collected it over 2 weeks ago and it has still not arrived in their warehouse according to them. I'm £530 out of pocket and still don't have what I ordered, customer service is appalling. DON'T USE THEM!! (would give no stars if that was possible.)

Take your money but do not deliver Product showed in stock and I ordered. I picked delivery date in September. I received confirmation of this. Today I checked the delivery status and it said delivery would be in December. I called up and they said the product had been double booked and I could have a refund. They didn’t tell me the call was costing me over £12. Now I'm out of pocket £12 and do not have the product.

Awful customer care, will not accept returns on unopened mis-orders if collected in store. Just don't seem to care, never again
