“Ich habe für einen Transfer vom Flughafen in die Stadt ein Bus für 14 Personen gebucht. Bei Ankunft keiner vor ORt. Nach langen Telefonaten mussten wir dann in ein Parkhaus wo statt des bestellten Busses, zwei Transporter warteten.Es war mein 50ster Geburtstag und wir sind um 23 Uhr gelandet, damit wir alle um 0 Uhr anstoßen können hatte ich extra einen Bus für alle bestellt. Es kamen zwei Autos mit jeweils 7 Plätzen. Damit waren wir um Mitternacht nicht zusammen. Es gab vor Abfahrt diverse Telefonate und es war nicht mehr änderbar. Es wurde mir eine Kompensation zugesagt. Von der wollte man dann am Ende nichts wissen und wurde abgelehnt. Viel Geld bezahlt und als Kunde schäbig behandelt worden. Die machen was sie wollen trotz vorheriger anderer Absprachen. Finger Weg!!”

“A little disappointed with our first Airport taxi transfer our flight was late and driver was informed but then our bags got held up driver informed us couldn’t wait any longer and left. First time in Paris and we were stranded!! However 2nd time we used brilliant service driver there in time, very efficient and got us to airport on time. I do understand different scenario but think there should have been some help from company in first scenario hence why a 3 out of 5”

“Booked a pickup at Peblo Bonito Sunset Beach (Cabo) to take us to the Airport. Received a confirmation email stating they would pick us up at the Sunset Beach hotel. Car never showed up, called to see what happened and was told the car was waiting at a residence. Huh? Turns out they DO NOT have a permit to get on the hotel property. Would have been nice to know that when I booked the reservation and now missed my flight. I'll never use them again. Terrible!!!!”

“Pick up from airport was late. Pick up driver from hotel tried to rearrange by trying to collect me at 17:30 when my time was 19:00 and flight wasn’t til 22:00, when he did pick me up just after 19:00, he drove like Dominic Torreto all the way to the airport!”
