A little disappointed with our first Airport taxi transfer our flight was late and driver was informed but then our bags got held up driver informed us couldn’t wait any longer and left. First time in Paris and we were stranded!! However 2nd time we used brilliant service driver there in time, very efficient and got us to airport on time. I do understand different scenario but think there should have been some help from company in first scenario hence why a 3 out of 5
